With two Cardinals and a Pope among his ancestors, Roberto was born in Padova, educated in Florence and Venice, and later studied physics and chemistry in Santiago, Chile. In October, for the fifth consecutive year, Roberto was honored by Conde' Nast Traveler magazine as Top Travel Consultant for his expertise and personalized services, specializing in Luxury Travel and Cruises. The Chamber of Commerce of Padova awarded Roberto the Gold Medal for having honored Italy by his promotion of Italian industry, culture and language in the USA and tourism in Italy. He was featured in the December 2005 & 2006 issues of Conde' Nast Traveler for his unique and exclusive tours in Italy. He is a volunteer at the Zale Lipshy hospital in Dallas, Texas. His preferred libation is prosecco wine.
