On Fridays, Wine 365 opens its doors to initiate the most attractive of its rituals: the wine tasting. Starting at 19:30, the acknowledged Spanish sommelier Pascual Ibañez utters all the attention by unveiling all the secrets of each wine, indulging everyone’s passion for the subject.  The wine tasting is enjoyed together with specially made gastronomic samples prepared by Mauricio Guerrero.

And late in the afternoon you can enjoy the sunset and secrets of Chilean beauty treatments at the Health & Fitness Center located in the 15th floor of the hotel with a floor-to-roof window walls or take a Wine Bath at your room with the Bath Butler Service.
